Field Sales Executive
Expand market presence by developing new retail outlets and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers across an assigned territory in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned territory
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets
- Expand market coverage by appointing new retailers and distributors
- Ensure proper product display and availability in stores
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and supply
- Submit daily sales reports and market updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of FMCG distribution and retail market
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities and market potential
- Self-motivated with good time management and territory planning skills
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales preferred
- Experience in household, hygiene, or personal care products will be an advantage
Requirements
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field travel)
- Comfortable with extensive market visits and field work
- Basic reporting skills (Excel / mobile reporting)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
